Kayla Kim

Research Fellow

Kayla Kim is Research Fellow with the Korean American Institute, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to produce insightful and actionable research to improve decision making on issues facing Korean Americans.

Kayla recently graduated with a B.A. of highest distinction from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy at the University of Virginia.  In addition to studying public policy, she minored in computer science, focused on the intersection of data and policy.

Since completing her undergraduate studies, she has applied her formal education and research skills in two roles: as a Congressional intern with the U.S. House of Representatives, and as a fellow with the University of Virginia’s Division of Student Affairs.
