Catharina Min
Catharina Min is a corporate partner at Covington & Burling LLP’s Palo Alto office. She co-chairs the Venture Capital/Emerging Companies group and co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, emerging companies, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. She is an expert in cross-border transactions with companies located in Europe and Africa, and has extensive experience representing Asian clients doing business in the United States.
Ms. Min is a frequent speaker at many organizations, including the Practising Law Institute, Association of Corporate Counsel, SV Forum, the Korean IT Network, and with Korean incubators. She regularly shares insights at events for California Women Lawyers, Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Asian Business League, and others on mentoring and advancement of women and minority lawyers.
Ms. Min serves on the board of Korean American Community Foundation-SF, was Overseas President of International Association of Korean Lawyers, and a co-founder and past chair of the Council of Korean Americans. She was recognized as a Woman of Achievement by Legal Momentum and as a “Trailblazer” by the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California.
Ms. Min graduated from both the University of Virginia and its School of Law.
